We identified an issue with multiple services in the Singapore (Singapore) region, and we've confirmed that service has been restored.
Customer Impact: Some customers may have experienced issues such as a drop in traffic, other customers may have faced delays or 500 type errors while attempting to access their OCI resources in this region.
Preliminary Root Cause: While carrying out maintenance an Oracle partner inadvertently cut fiber link connection causing the observed impact to our customers.
