请人帮忙注册了一个 talkatone ，但申请谷歌账号，电话验证，竟然都不允许，出现: This phone number cannot be used for verification.Google will verify this number via SMS (charges may apply). 另外，申请 Google voice ，为什么选不了号码?我试了加州，纽约，华盛顿好几个州，都说没有 Google voice ，为啥?大佬指点一下。
