We received a lot of fake orders in the past. So we ask you to send us a picture (selfie) in which you hold the following things in your hands:
1. Your ID card or passport
2. A piece of paper with your order ID vz43xxxxx1
Please also send us a proof of address in latin letters (preferably an English or German translation). In case of doubt, an electricity bill in your name and address will also help.
As proof for a company, please send us the trade licence as a PDF file. This should be officially certified and readable in English.
Please note that the legal representative of the company shown on the trade licence must match the person in the photos and on the identity card. If the name does not match, we will not be able to process your order as we have to check whether the order belongs to the company registered with us.
You are also welcome to order as a private person instead. We also exempt private accounts from non EU countries like China from VAT on request. It is not required to have a commercial account for being exempt from VAT if you are from a non EU country.
