TYOC038 is facing possible data loss and delay, it is currently offline.
Update -- we were able to recover the majority of virtual servers. Approximately 42 are still unavailable, with 39 of the 42 potentially recovered. These 39 will be restored later, and the last 3 without data, or any with corrupt data will receive a message from us regarding next steps.
Please note, anyone who created a ticket for this while we had a network status already posted may be moved away from Tokyo and/or have no option to renew service if they are limited support services.
Note -- ISOs are temporarily unavailable. Please be sure to unmount any ISO. If service is still offline and won't boot, assume you are part of the 42 services remaining and do not open a ticket yet. We'll update you when these are available.
