Please note the following for services transfer -
Per our TOS -
Service Transfer
6,2,1 - An existing service may be transferred to another client provided the following conditions are met:
The service to be transferred must be active for at least three months.
The service to be transferred must not have any unpaid or overdue invoices.
The service to be transferred must not have any TOS/AUP Violations on record.
The account initiating the transfer must be in Good Standing, with no TOS/AUP Violations.
The account receiving the transfer must confirm acceptance of the transfer.
The account receiving the transfer must not have any unpaid or overdue invoices.
The account receiving the transfer must not have any TOS/AUP Violations on record.
If you and the other account qualifies, need client relinquishing/accepting the service to open ticket to billing accepting/relinquishing the transfer to proceed. Once they have opened the ticket with billing please advise to proceed.
Please provide the service you would like to accept/transfer if you qualify as well and provide the client's name that is accepting the service.

双方都要写,发在Genernal Support区,文章内容把对方交换的信息都写进去,比如卖家发个I want transfer my service SLICE-XXXXXX to 买家名([email protected]).买家同理,但是买家要看一下后面的"注意".
发了之后等待staff处理
注意:
这一块不确定是否可以在同一步完成,但是买家要多这么一个手续要做.因为buyvm操作面板是在Stallion当中.我接手之后发现只有前台续费有这台机子,但是后台面板不存在只能再次发个工单,所以买家最好工单一次性写完避免麻烦.
内容大概就写上你的Stallion用户名,让staff把后台也加进去就行了.
