Rewrite wsa.zip/AppxManifest.xml TargetDeviceFamilyMinVersion to 10.0.19045.2311
Rewrite wsa.zip/AppxManifest.xml Delete all nodes about "customInstall" extension
Unzip wsa.zip & run Run.bat
