账号18 19年注册的了，以前的订单记录都没了
我刚刚谷歌了下说是没工单就是没免税，我看我自己的历史工单也没工单
刚刚下单了个那个新人特价VPS，也没扣税，只扣款了0.8欧，是不是就是说明账号已经免税了。
还有就是我以前买过服务器咋还能买这个特价VPS，我可以肯定的是以前肯定用过他的的杜甫，但道理应该不是新用户了,咋还能购买这个VPS

As I told you over the chat, you have your account under EU subsidiary. Regarding the VAT, you are not being charged for VAT, once you are not in EU.
You can use the link https://www.ovhcloud.com/en-ie/ to access your account, it will direct you to the right subsidiary.
