We're investigating and attempting to resolve an outage on LAX2Z019.
Update -- we have been unable to resolve the hardware problem on this node, and may need to proceed with partial recovery. The server will be checked one last time and possibly brought back for further data recovery attempts. The node may be facing at least partial data loss for a portion of customers. If you have important data and/or would like a new service brought online in the time being, please contact us.
Update -- we will have an update on this on Saturday, September 21st.
Update -- the server is still being worked on, but we should be able to redeploy it today or tomorrow, hopefully.
Update 9/28 -- there is at least partial data loss on this node. Approximately 30% of customers may be affected.
Update 11/1 -- the initial estimate was incorrect for data loss. Approximately 50-60% of the virtual servers have been recovered, with the other 40-50% lost. We apologize for the extreme delays in this case. We will try to return services online over the next 24 to 48 hours, either with the previous recovered data or recreated without data.
Update 11/7 -- we were unable to drop off the server last time we visited due to facility access restrictions. We will re-attempt this today or tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.
