公司有个软件不能够正常打开，不知道哪位大神能教下。

拉到最下面说需要打开实时JIT，然后我已经百度安装过所有的.NET版本，和尝试在注册表里增加个数值也处理过也是不行，不知道哪个步骤出问题，求帮忙。
[color=]注册表增加的数值是：
"C:\debuggers\windbg.exe" -p %ld -e %ld -g
