We do offer a 14-days refund policy on the FIRST order for the specific account, unless otherwise specified, if none of the resources were used. Should there have been an abuse or breach of our TOS on the account - no refunds shall be given.
We do not refund cancelled services. For example, if your service is quarterly and you request a refund after two months, no refunds will be given.
