软件：Surge
跟着网上的教程一步一步操作，自建的 trojan + xray ，一直用的好好的。一开始没注意，最近一段时间才发现竟然收不到任何 app 的推送和通知。
同样的规则和配置文件，我切换另一个 SS 部署的服务器就立马收到一堆推送和通知，再切换回 trojan 服务器，就几天几天的“静默”了。
所以可以排除是 Surge 规则或配置文件的问题？
那就是服务器的问题了，但是服务器除了一个是 Trojan 一个是 SS 外没任何区别啊。
