Minimum 4 years of software engineering expertise. Experience in large-scale, safety-critical systems is a plus.
Blockchain knowledge is a bonus but not required; we support learning on the job.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, and adapt to the ever-changing DeFi market.
Interest or experience in Rust, Solidity, Python, and Typescript.
Strong technical communication skills for diverse interactions.
Ability to mentor engineers of varying skill levels.
Willingness to handle periodic on-call duties.
