We regret to inform you that, We can only issue refunds in the case that we were unable to deliver a server in a timely manner, or if it is defective.
Since the product has been delivered and is fully functional, we cannot cancel and issue a refund, as this situation does not meet our criteria for refunds.
The refund is not applicable for the requested order, However you can order a new server and confirm us so that we can do a time-transfer to your new server .
