老铁们,有个算数问题求帮助,算工时

起因是因为老婆怀孕后单位安排不上夜班开始,我发现感觉老婆更累了,且与护士长沟通无果,我把她的排班表拿出来算了一下
先举例:10 月和 12 月的排班表(都是 31 天进行对比)

说明:
值(当日早上 8:00~次日 8:00)
行 2(早上 8:00~11:00 ,跟在值班后面,值班起来再上到早上 11 点,下午休息)
休(休息一天)
行 1(早上 8:00~12:00,下午休息)
白(早上 8:00~12:00,下午 14:30~17:30)
这里明确一下值班的时间
早上 8:00~11:30 上班,吃饭 30 分钟,12:00~14.30 上班,14:30~17:30 可在值班室睡觉,17:30~22:00 上班,22:00 后进值班室睡觉至次日早上 8:00(但晚上如果有病人需要打针输液的话需起床,基本上值 2-3 个班能起来 1-2 次,每次半小时的样子)
因已经怀孕 7 个月了,去医院产检较为频繁,基本上一周 7 天就休一天,也需要往医院跑,基本就没得休息,所以她与护士长沟通看能否多协调半天假,护士长拿出本子和她算了一下,把她算懵了
以下是护士长的计算方式
值班:24h(护士长说因为值班一天都在医院,所以算 24h)
行 2 班:3 小时
行 1 班:4 小时
白班:7 小时
所以根据计算,10 月份上班时长 235 小时,12 月份上班时长 189 小时(因为排班都是提前排的,所以可以提前算出上班时间),根据劳动法确实减轻了工作时长并且没有了夜班。
护士长算了上班时长,但是没算休假时长,按 10 月和 12 月的排班,休假时长分别为
10 月休息 6 个整天以及 12 个下午
12 月休息 4 个整天 0 个下午
调班之后少休息了 2 个整天+12 个下午,休息变少了,反而工作时长还变短了。
因为一个值班就 24h ,上一个值班就可以当 3 天半白班了.按 24 小时算的话,值班是最划算的
且我算了一下调班之后,12 月我老婆与同事的上班时长与休假时长对比(按照护士长的值班 24 小时算法)
同事 A:上班 255 小时,休假 6 个整天+14 个半天
同事 B:上班 252 小时,休假 7 个整天+14.5 个半天
同事 C:上班 231 小时,休假 7 个整天+16 个半天
同事 D:上班 251 小时,休假 7 个整天+14.5 个半天
我老婆:上班 189 小时,休假 4 个整天+0 个半天
调班之后虽然按照劳动法取消了夜班,以及根据护士长的算法减轻了工作时长,但怎么看都是调班之前好.休息时间更多,
我根据护士长的算法,10 月份 235 小时,但按照劳动法,一周必须保证劳动者休息一天,且每月延长工作时间不得超 36 小时,那按照最高标准计算,一个月 4 周,一周上 6 天,每天 8 小时,一个月最多 4x6x8+36=228 小时,235 小时这已经算违反劳动法了。
12 月份调班后的就更不说了,除了我老婆的工作时长没有违反劳动法,其余同事的上班时长都违反了劳动法(但是由于值班很轻松,其他同事并不觉得调班后更累,反而更舒服)
求各位大佬帮助,这种怎么解?提前感谢各位大佬献策。

按小时计算工时的话,护士长算的没错
感觉更累,是因为原来有夜班,就会多休整天,现在没夜班了,休整天就少了

@dreamjn 对的,但是为了满足劳动法的不上夜班和减轻劳动,实际上让孕妇更加的累(因为人的身体不会说谎)

直接每周增加固定时间请假半天吧,然后这个时间去医院检查,周末在家好好休息,早上,下班后家里有人照顾吗?

@dode 对的,就是想再多申请半天休假,但是护士长不同意,说按她这样算,已经少了几十个小时的工时了,说恢复上夜班,护士长也不同意,说劳动法不允许。请假更不行,因为就只有几个人上班,一个人请假,就需要另一个人顶上,然后后面去还别人的班,现在就被搞得肚子越来越大,人却越来越累。下班后回家有人做饭照顾。
