There will be several hours downtime for everyone as we have to take fresh backups of the virtual servers on the bad disk.
Once this is complete, 72% of the services will return online and the node should be stable. Then, the remaining 28% offline will be moved to SJCB004B where they can be redeployed. If your service is migrated from TYOC036 to SJCZ004B and you require your data, we will have a copy available. To request a copy, please open a titled "Data Request - TYOC036." However, please first wait until at least tomorrow to make this request. We may also restore the VPS with data on SJCZ004B if the process does not run into further issues or delays but to speed things along we may move you without data first.
If you are migrated to SJCZ004B and originally purchase Tokyo or a Tokyo migration, you'll be eligible to migrate back to Tokyo when space is available, but for now it's most important to first restore service.
