If you have multiple IP addresses, you have to configure the new IPs on your own;
If your VM didn't install cloud-init, you have to manually configure on your own;
If you find your VM cannot be accessed, please try to reboot;
Please check the noVNC console if you still cannot access the VM after all the checklist and configure it manually.
We are sorry again to let you know this so late, this subnet was only have few IP in use, and we already wait for months to see if every IP could be replaced out automatically. But it seems not, so we have to do this manually.
Since cloud-init has changed on the Debian package, you may need to change the IP manually. Please delete the [.cfg] for the file /etc/network/interfaces.d/50-cloud-init.cfg ]
