We regret to inform you that the information provided was insufficient to confirm ownership of the account. We require a certain number of correct answers to ensure that access is granted only to the account owner, as this is done to protect the account's information.
To recover access to your workspace account, there are two options available:
Please provide us with the email address of an active user account within your domain that you have access to. Before replying, please ensure that you have logged into this account at least once, as it needs to be active for us to promote the user to a super admin.
If the above option does not work for you, and you are not interested in regaining access to the existing account under "xxx," you can choose to delete the account and create a new Google Workspace account. If you prefer this option, please reply to this email with a written consent. Please note that once the Google Workspace account is deleted, the data and the account cannot be recovered.
